Help me organize my party pleaseee!!!??!?!?

Question

okay so tomorrow i'm having a luau type party, this is whats going on:

FOOD:

hamburgers

hot dogs

potatoe salad[chives, red onions]

pop

shredded lettuce

tomatoes

pickles

relish

buns

salad[ceasar]

SUNDAE BAR:

Milk chocolate chips

oreos

chocolate syrup

m&ms

whipped cream

carmel sauce

chocolate&vanilla ice cream

CAKE:

chocolate gluten free cake

ACTVITIES:

swimming

hula hoops

bon fire

DECORATIONS:

christmas lights

all decorations i bought.

i know this seems organzied, but i just want your input. In which category should i add other thigns, like for example

Food:pasta.

that type of thing,i'm just worried i've left something out!

I always find out that simple is best.  Your list looks great.  Have fun.

Hmmm you can't have a proper luau without pineapple! You could make kabobs with some and maybe try making non-alcoholic pina coladas.  Think it's too late for some tiki torches? And what about some fake tropical flowers! Oh! don't forget the leis dear :D  You can go to any party store and they will have fake tiki gods to put on your tables to decorate with. Hope your party is a blast!

that sounds like a fun party!

i might suggest some sort of fruit or veggie tray, you could even do a fondue (melted chocolate with fruits and stuff).

besides that, sounds like your gonna have a great time.
