Help me out folks i am a racer!?

i am a racer i stay in Dubai, done my bachelors, i am a good racer but i wanna take part in the street racings in USA or any other country where there is big bucks for talent in me, i have worked for Ferrari as Sales Manager, but they don't give much preference over here... Do you have any way out so that i can get a US visa, or get into F4 Level in Greece.

EDIT: F4 does not exist, at least not here.

You can perhaps characterize any entry level formula below F3 as being "Formula 4" but no formula exists here either.
