before school starts i want to loss some weight around my waist. Now in my family we all got big hips and thighs

i want to keep that but how can i maintain it when i want to loss inches of my waist i have a week and a half before school starts so please help my out

  1. Exercise like running, cycling and swimming helps to lose weight.


  2. 1st learn proper englishh and be happy with your waist okkk dont worry bout it


  3. fast walk or run for 40 to 60 mins every day.  

  4. RUn RUN RUN. when you run you shed the extra pounds you dont need but as for your natural God given curves, the muscles will build up around them still keeping you curvy. Also try certain exercises to target the areas you want muscley.

  5. sit ups and crunches...ride a bike? Swim

  8. i biked 3/5 days for bout 40 minutes and 2/5 days i jogged. i did this for 1 week i lost 5 pounds,and went from a 14 to an 11
