Help me out on what to get!?

Ok so Im starting my job soon & I can't wait..Im never ever able to buy anything that I want but soon I'll be making money & actually be able to! anyways...my first priority is to get a cell phone! it has to be $100 or less & it has to look decent & come with a decent camera..itd be nice if it came with other things such as & mp3 player but if not thats fine..my second thing in which I really want is & mp3 player..I have a really cheap one that broke so I really want a new one that holds alot of songs & also isnt slow..My brother has a nice mp3 player but it goes so slow! Itd be faster if I waited till they played it on the radio! so..I would like to know of any really nice mp3 players $80 or less..I can't wait till I start work & my money comes in! WISH ME LUCK! & thanks in advance to everyone that helps <3
