Help me out! please??

hai all. im new and i need help please. for experts or athletes out there. just need your opinions. recently i started doing diamond pushups. i do 4 sets of 15 diamond pushups. with 60 seconds or maybe less rest between sets. possibly less than 60 seconds. and its kinda hard for me. is it a program for beginners or advanced? because to be honest i dont think im so weak. what do u think?

  1. for beginers an easy way to tell if you're getting a good workout is if you can feel your muscles burning while you're doing/after you've done your sets. if your exhausted after your done with all 4 sets then you're doin good, then once that gets easy you can either increase reps or do 5 sets, or start using freeweights (benchpress, tricep extensions, etc.)

    usually advanced trainers use freeweights rather than pushups for an actual workout.
