It seems like you have a few holes in your lineup.Maicer Izturis might not be the ideal offensive second basemen and Kendrick isn't reliable this year.Your 3 starting pitchers have a combined 7-5 record but haven't played enough despite their satisfactory ERA's . You have a good reliever in Fuentes who's ERA is just over 2 but could be better if he played on a better team. You might want to put back Maggs in the lineup again if Gomez doesn't work. Posada has been injured all year,and Hanley has just recently broke out of a long slump that might have severely hurt your team during his slump.You should keep shopping for second basemen on the waiver wire.

Core of your lineup is pretty good.

You not only have Brian Fuentes, but his twin brother, also named Brian.  Good job  :)

Starting pitching is weak though.  

Harden is good, Saunders, Banks are doing well this season, Johnson is getting up there in age.

I would recommend picking one of your OFs and trading them for a starter.

Milton Bradley is a sell high candidate right now, I would start with him, perhaps for a buy low candidate like Justin Verlander.
