Have a look if any of your neighbor's hoods got internet, you can share with your neighbor's.

Or use other peoples wireless so you don't have to pay for it, the best way.

In my area,BSNL and Airtel are prominent service providers for internet. Both are reputed well. The charges per month is under a thousand rupees, which includes the telephone installation.You may select a suitable plan, preferably such plan where unlimited free download facility is available.

Rs.800/- for BSNL unlimited in Punjab.

Around Rs.600-800 per month I think you can think of  a decent broadband connection
