Whats the best camera I can get for a maximum of $300 on eBay? I'm looking for a camera that takes high quality videos.

  1. It will be almost impossible to purchase a great quality camcorder for your price point.  That said, there are numerous O.K. camcorders that'll do the trick.  If you're planning on uploading your work on YouTube, the videos are in low resolution anyway.  Good luck!
