Hi guys I just moved into a new house and I am buying a new TV for my basement. I am looking for a 65' LCD with 1080P But does anyone know where I can get one that is around $2500 but still has a great picture and a trustworthy brand name such as sony. The reason I ask for one that is cheap is because my mom doesnt think I need one that big so she said she will only pay $2,000 and I need to pay the rest and I am a 13 year old kid who doesn't have a whole lot of money.

  1. There is a 52 inch toshiba on sale for 2 grand, you save 4 hundred dollars and you get free shipping.

  2. you need to go to the store and look at the TVs a 65' tv is not much bigger than a 50" as they are measured diagonally by comparing them in the store you will see the difference and picture quality and your major problem will be solved.

  3. I highly recommend you check out the Samsung 52" LN52A550 1080p @ 60Hz LCD HTDV. This is an EXCELLENT HDTV and can be had onsale for around $1600-1700 USD. Check out http://www.myhdtvdeals.com -- I wouldn't doubt if they were listing a deal on it right now.

PS. Sony is overpriced -- Go Samsung, Toshiba or Sharp if you want the best without getting ripped off.

  4. bestbuy has good and cheap ones walmart to and cirket city

i got one at best buy for cheap

  5. Get either a Olevia, Samsung, Sony, or Vizio. I would suggest that you buy a Vizio 26 inch tv for $599. Wal-Mart sells 'em really cheap. Or you can go to CostCo and buy one wholesale.

  6. I know a site that can really help you out... http://reviews.cnet.com/4247-6475_7-1-0....

    Good luck!

  7. I work for an independent store that sells high end tv's... To be honest, if you can find a 65 LCD for 2500, it sucks dude. If you do want a tv in that size for that price range, you need to go with a DLP television. They still have a 1080p resolution, plus have a better coloration, and in my opinion a better overall picture than LCD's in that size overall. Mitsubishi and Samsung produce the best two DLP's... Look with them. You'll be much happier. Plus if you go to an independent store, it's more likely you'll be able to negotiate a lower price for a better tv then what you'll find at the Walmart's/ Bestbuy's/ C-Cities of the world. Look into that before you buy a crappy LCD for as much. Good luck man.
