Help me please, is my boyfriend the dad?

On July 24th I had PROCTECTED s*x with my friend then shortly after we were done doing our business we decided to go for round two. In the middle of round two the condom slipped off and he noticed, so he pulled out and like right after that ejaculated on my leg (His *** did not come in contact with my v****a). So just to be safe because me being the worrier I am I took at test on July 31 approximately one week after the protected s*x I have with my friend and it showed negative. Well the story does get deeper, and this is the main part of my story. I have a boyfriend we have been together 7 years and 8 months and we have a beautiful boy who will be 4 in October. So my boyfriend and I had UNPROTECED s*x anywhere from July 31 to beginning of August till August 10th, we haven’t had s*x since these days from the date it is today Aug. 29 because I have a new full time job (what I went to college for) and it keeps me busy. My b***s began hurting really badly around the 13th or 14th of Aug. and I just thought it was because I usually start around this time well I didn’t start by the 18th of Aug. so I took a home pregnancy test, it showed positive shortly after peeing on the stick. I have been worried ever since I seen them two lines. It’s not that I don’t want to be pregnant again it’s just I want to be pregnant by my current boyfriend that I will be with for the rest of my life! So I went to the doctor to get blood taken to see how far I am by measuring the HCG levels and that test result came back Aug. 21 saying I was 2-3 weeks pregnant according to the HCG levels. I told my doctor my situation with the friend thing to try and get reassured and she said according to what I said it is my boyfriend’s especially since we didn’t use condoms. I haven’t been on birth control for about 5-6 months now either. It took my boyfriend and I 6 months to a year of unprotected s*x to get pregnant with our son we have now but we didn’t plan him. Now this time it has taken my boyfriend and I oh, since we had our son of unprotected s*x and that’s almost 4 years now. I thought my boyfriends sperm was just slow moving and wasn’t capable of getting me pregnant anymore but the doc said he is capable evidentially. So what I am asking is if you were me, given all the info I just gave you, what would you think and if you think my boyfriend is the dad? Please help me out here I’m tired of worrying myself sick, I guess why I think that other guy is a possibility is, because of pre-*** when the condom slipped off but I mean it was very UNLIKELY that there was any and yea you get me...help me out in what you think? And what is my conception date. thanks again for your time that you took to read this.

id be worried sick, you should have gotten a morning after pill after the slip up with your side project.

There is no way to know who the babies daddy is until you get a DNA test done in 9 months....I think I see a JERRY SPRINGER EPISODE COMING ABOUT!!! JERRY JERRY JERRY!!!!

I would like it to be your boyfriends'. I think it takes 1 week 4 da sperm to meet the egg so I think you first test maybe right.

August 1st or 2nd is the conception date. Don't worry yourself sick because it's only a small small chance it's the other dude's.

well when were you ovulating? do you have a normal cycle ? if so ...you were ovulating around the time you were having s*x with your b/f you said you had s*x july 24th was it about 7 days after you started you rperiod? if so then no it is not him , if your period is alittle whack and you can ovulate anytime,it could be pre*** that go tyou pregnant its very hard to tell you ... but you shouldn't have cheated why did you cheat on someone you love? that what i dont understand... but look  if you and your b/f have had unprotected s*x for 4 years and nothing .... but when you seem to have s*x with a friend ...you end up pregnant ... it could be his you wont know till the baby comes...

i don't wanna sound rude, but how would any of us know? you need to have DNA tests done. A magic 8 ball would be as reliable in telling you the answer to your question as one of us on Yahoo answers..........

No one can tell you your ovulation date (the date you probably got pregnant) without knowing when your last period was.  How can you say you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, yet be sleeping with someone else?  Since you say that your period should have come around aug 18, I would guess that you got pregnant somewhere around august 4th.  Pick one guy!

I feel bad for you're boyfriend, and your son......you basically screwed them both over when you decided to do the dirty with someone else. If your man finds out what you have done you'll lose him, and your son will get to grow up in a broken home. You made a BIG mistake! Seriously, your best bet would be to wait until the baby is born, order the at home paternity test, and secretly swab some mouths. I think for the sake of your 4 year old, you should keep this mistake a secret....not let it happen again, and pray to your god for forgiveness, and carry on the burden of the guilt for your son. You suffer the repercussions either way. If you don't tell, like I said you get to carry the guilt, if you do tell, you lose it all.
