Help me please... I need it so badly... I'm so sorry . . . What will I do?

FOR INSTANCE: I was walking on the road and I was holding a pencil, and then, I saw a dog p**p with flies on top of it and then after I passed through that thing, I started to worry "what if the pencil fell on that p**p and germs would be in it and the person that i'll be giving it would get sickness?"

PLEASE HELP ME. I FEEL NERVOUS!

ANOTHER EXAMPLE: When walking along the sidewalk I pass by a girl holding a baby and after passing by them I'll start to get nervous, "what if I bumped that baby? wait... have I really bumped that baby? oh no... i do not know what really happened and what is MY IMAGINATION!!!

  2. I'm sorry you feel that way, maybe you could find a counsoler that you could talk to about it.  Don't worry about things that already happened or didn't happen there is nothing you can do to change it!  Good luck!

  4. Instead of having worrying as your ritual, try doing something else that takes you mind off other things. Maybe listening to something as you walk around (to distract you) will help.

    If you really worry if you've done something wrong then ask if you have. Don't be shy. Ask if you did actually nudge that baby, it will help put your mind to rest.

  6. talk to someone! that's the first thing! get help asap! and don't worry about things, get a spa treatment or something, you need to chill. i mean i know you get anxiety attacks and such, figure out the root of it... good luck! and just calm down, meditate!
