Help me please!!! Taskbar problem!!!

Question

Ok the language bar moved from the right side of the taskbar to the left side of the taskbar. How do i move it back? when i try to move it back my those dot things it just brings whatever is open with it for example if i try to move it back right and the firefox window thats on the taskbar moves with it? HELP!!!

cool wallpaper (background picture) where did you find it, as for the problem - cant you just drag it back to your system tray ?
