hello all. im here for answers, opinions and advises. hope u guys can help me solve my problems and curiosity. i just started working out at home. using calisthenics, bodyweight training,. i just need to know, if u guys are familiar with diamond pushups, not the regular pushups, diamond pushups. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups, with less than 60 seconds rest between sets, is it for beginners or for advanced athletes? i need to know first before i end up hurting myself. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups with 60 seconds or possibly less rest between sets. is it for beginners or advanced athletes? hope u can give your opinions. thanks.

  1. In my day training consisted of a few laps, scummaging, rucking, maul and lineout practice. Line out practice consisted of lifting the beer to strengthen the arm.
