  1. take a pre test  they are free at Planned Parenthood and you will know for sure. If you are you need to get good pre natal care for you and the baby.  If not speak to a doctor and find out if your meds are off or you need to exercise.

  2. A SIDE EFFECT OF THE DEPO SHOT IS WEIGHT GAIN!

    and take your thyroid medication.

  3. sounds like your body's  changing without your permission.

  4. Either that or your body is changing. Your body doesn't stay the same forever and with age, you have to make adjustments to your diet if you don't want to gain weight. Go talk to a doctor to make sure.

  5. look i am fat too if u want help get it its inside ur heart exercisw with the jeans in-front of u its ok loose weight dont think of it as a diet think of it as a healthy life-style let me know how it   went          p.s make healthy choises

  6. wow u should feel terrible

  7. Take you meds for your thyroid,

    Linda

  8. For one thing you are still within the realm of where you should be at weight wise so smile. =]

Secondly the more and more you keep looking the more you will find flaws just like we all do!

I do that to myself all the time.

I will stand in front of the mirror and start from top to bottom and nit pick.

It doesn't matter when i was 200 pounds to now that i am 140!

I will find that cellulite and start getting down if i let myself long enough and dwell!

    Ok now you mentioned pictures.

    Girl WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Do NOT look at the pictures if you think you are gaining weight!

That is the worst thing you can possibly do!

Put the pictures away like now and oh yeah while your at it?

    Hide the dang scale!

Uhh you said you have a Thyroid problem and your NOT taking the meds?

    Tsk tsk tsk.

Do you not have any friends over there to slap you silly? ha ha

If i was there i would be saying HELLO!?

Please start back up with the medication and let them start working again so your body can get back into it's hormonal balance.

Hormones are real important in the weight process.

I got myself back on my hormones and i am telling you the pounds started shedding!

That is not to say the cellulite did.. that is up to you taking some sort of exercise classes, ( like dance tee hee).

    Now to the pregnancy.

    "someone said".

When i gained weight i had 3 people tell me i was pregnant so i went ahead and pretended i was going through a 9 month pregnancy with my husband while i was battling my weight problem.

We cannot have children so it was pretty darn fun.

At the end of the nine months?

Believe it or not it was then that i started losing the weight.

    Very strange.

The more you worry the worse it is.

Worrying elevates the hormones and raises fat levels.

That is why i started having fun with it and buying any clothing i could to adjust to any sort of weight gain and just forgot about anything anyone thought.

You are beautiful no matter i just know it and the more you worry the worse your going to look in that mirror!

WATER WEIGHT. This is all this is about.

Your just bloated and that water? Oh man it makes you feel heavy and it will raise that scale!

    My recommendation?

Two new outfits for the small weight gain, get your hair done up real nice and some new makeup and shoes!

    If anyone else mentions pregnancy?

Tell them YEP and give them that big glowing smile! =]

Once again, PLEASE TAKE THE MEDS!

  9. Honestly, sometimes I wish I lived in those times when all women wore those long robes under which you couldn't see much and the only one who could see your naked body was your husband and he couldn't make much comparisons because he didn't see all that tight, young flesh everywhere around him. Nowadays everything makes us, women, feel bad about ourselves when it shouldn't be that way. I could tell you - start making exercise and diet - but that is the obvious and not always successful solution. Also I could tell you - be happy with what you are - which is better - if you only lived alone. if you are married and your husband is not happy with your looks, then you won't be happy too. So it is your choice - either do something about your looks or accept it and be happy with what you are. I wish you a partner that will always accept you as you are.

  10. yup, symptoms of thyroid. You should take meds. It will make it all normal. Take care. I might need to know more about thyroid. How did they diagnose you? blood test? I heard they can't catch thyroid via blood but they still do them. No idea why. I heard it on a helath programme. Am I right? Did you have a special thyroid test done?

  11. I think you should go and see a doctor.

  12. you need to calm down as you are getting into a state, take a pregnancy test and if you are then go see a doctor, and  if it wieght issue then get on the tablet but you do not sound obese

  13. it could be your age the older you get the slower your metabolism runs, also i'm not sure of your age you could be hitting menopause, walking is the best thing next to pilates, pilates dont take long to do and you can fit them inbetween anything even for just two minutes they will tighten your whole body and you feel the benefits automativcally
