hello all. im here for answers, opinions and advises. hope u guys can help me solve my problems and curiosity. i just started working out at home. using calisthenics, bodyweight training,. i just need to know, if u guys are familiar with diamond pushups, not the regular pushups, diamond pushups. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups, with less than 60 seconds rest between sets, is it for beginners or for advanced athletes? i need to know first before i end up hurting myself. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups with 60 seconds or possibly less rest between sets. is it for beginners or advanced athletes? hope u can give your opinions. thanks.

  1. i would say more alongg the advanced athletes side. i would advise normal pushups, then pushups on a ball and then diamond pushps once youve mastered the other push ups
