  1. That many times that fast, it is intermediate to advanced. Diamond Push-ups are working the biceps more then normal push-ups and spreading your arms further is working the shoulders more. Either way it is of medium to high difficulty

  2. Is that you 'simplyhelpful'?  I will give the same answer as what I gave you yesterday!

You asked this question 10 times, how big do you want your head to grow lol :-)

  3. That's most certainly beginner.

Let me tell you why. Even most intermediate athletes know that fast repetitions get you no where. If you can handle that many "diamond" pushups per set and you feel the need to ask this question; you're obviously doing something wrong.

Going slow is the key to good form. You also need to know what your working here with these "diamond" pushups. Diamond pushups really focus on the triceps, chest, and back. You're not going to get much anywhere with that plan.

Since you're so set on these diamond pushups I'll write you another plan.

20 Diamond pushups. Two seconds down, two seconds up.

    Rest for one minute.

20 more Diamond pushups. Two seconds down, two seconds up.

That's what you'll need to practice good form. If you cannot do this you won't notice many results.

PRACTICE GOOD FORM. Especially if you are young, now is your chance. Don't regret it later on. TAKE YOUR TIME.

  4. as it is body weight only, you cant hurt yourself by going too hard out. your body will stop you from hurting yourself, and if you train again too soon you will just not have the energy.

it is when you train killer with heavy weights that you can hurt yourself.

so do as many as you can every time. try one arm push ups to stimulate more strength gains.

  5. Diamond push ups are pretty tough and that's a lot of push ups no matter what kind you're doing. It would be about intermediate. If you don't get the answers you want here try posting it in the Diet & Fitness section.
