Try removing them and cleaning them.

Turn off your laptop and carefully pry them up with a small screwdriver, or something, and blow away any dirt that might obstruct the keys.

You should just buy a new keyboard. you can find them at walmart for about ten or twenty dollars, although I would recommend the Logitech brand. There should be a port on the back for keyboards and mice. It is a lot less work, and would be better for you in the long run.
