i've got loads of bumps down below there red and really sore i've had them for about a week does anyone no wot they could be

If you shave, it could be razor burn. If you sweat, it could be heat rash. If it's not an STD, keep it clean and dry and stop shaving. If it doesn't go away talk to your doctor.

If you have shaved down there it could be razor burn, if not then it might be pimples, just wash down there good, and wear cotton undies so you dont sweat a lot because that can cause pimples.

no, don't take the risk of guessing or that might be, go to the doctor and have yourself tested before it's too late. If it's just for three days, it can be some kind of just bumps or burns or something minor, about a  week has a big difference considering that it is sore.
