Help me please??????????

Question

okay so last night i was talking to my friend. i always like to joke and be silly anyways i said i liked a guy who was 16 and she said ''no you can't like a guy older than you that's just asking for trouble and you might be called a w***e''. ''I then replied i am goood girl or am i'' and she replied '' i don't know eek'' i then replied i am joking. And she didn't reply back till later telling me ''ZACH JUST ASKED ME OUT''. and when i started asking her questions like '' really'' ''wow''. She didn't reply back so my worries are did i scare her away with that joke or was she just ignoring me or talking to someone else and didn't want to talk to me. Please help i feel so confused also she knows i like to joke and be silly.

To "Louise L" above me, Y!A isn't the best place for advertising, it gets in the way of the actual point of this site which is to ask questions and have them answered.

In answer to your question, she may be offended, so you need to talk to her and tell her that you were joking and you were sorry it happened and you won't let it happen again. Hopefully things will be okay between you guys. Ask if your constantly joking bothers her and try to limit itaround her.

Well I've been in this kind of situation before and I have some advice. First ask yourself questions like how well does this person know me? How EXACTLY did I word it. If your not sure how it would be per sieved then ask some people you trust about it see how they would take it. But a lot of times people just don't answer so I wouldn't worry about it too much because if she really has a problem with what you said it will eventually come up.    Hope this helps!

fisrt off there is nothing wrong if you are 15 and the guy you like is 16.  thats only a year its perfectly fine.
