if the person doesnt have a comment box on their page, how can i comment them. and i know its posible because i aways see new comments on his page so there must be a way

You may have to be the person's friend or friend of a friend. Some ppl have it set up that way.

Likely their comment box is set so that only connected friends can comment OR certain connected friends.
