im on pot and im trying to get off can you help me pleaseee i have a big drug test today

ok...I don't know what this has to do with dental but whatever. Focus your willpower on how much you want and need to get off pot. Get it out of your home, and don't hang out with any friends that do or encourage it. Think about all the consequences of your actions, and how sad your family would be if you happened to be condemmed to one of those consequences. Fill up your time with activities that won't make you have an urge to smoke it. Have a good friend to help monitor and support you through your struggle. Try googling 'getting off drugs' or something like that. You could probably find support forums made just for you. The point is stay strong.
