Help me plz!! iam suffering!?

i have joined a dental office as a front desk asst.this is my 3rd day of the job.i was soooo confused aboiut insurance,benefits breakdown etc..is there any website which might help me to understand what they are about?

Ok as an employer of a number of staff, the first thing you need to do is to speak to your boss and tell him/her that you a bit confused about this, this is very important, they may assume you know what you are doing and then give you a big task and then you go mess it up and then cost the practice a whole bunch of money and then you will get fired. So first tell you boss the problem so that they can guide you. Most offices keep printouts of breakdowns so it may just be a matter of finding out where it is. Also aks the otehr staff for help. As for web sites, they are usually not very user friendly and you need log in and passwords linked to practices.
