Just tell her, you've been wearing them for a long time and feel it feels really weird without them. And ask like you thought she knew and say "you never knew?!" If that doesn't work then tell her "I've been wearing them. Is it bad to wear them?" Or tell her " I thought I was suppose to wear them and most girls do." Or something like that.

Even though the diapers may be more comfortable to you right now, you really need to learn to wear real underwear, considering that your 16 years old. Im not saying to just suddenly convert to undies, but subsitute your diapers for underwear sometimes. Soon, the underwear will become as comfortable as a diaper :)
