Help me plz with this important issue...???!!!?

i applied to this job back in june an no one ever got in contact w/ me and i've been calling the mall customer service and the same store in another city and still nothing or i get teh "they havn't picked up teh application syet " etc so my bro over heard tehse guys talking and taht they r gonna work at teh new store..... he told them about me, and that i needed a job... So teh guys gave my brother the hiring managers cell phone number! lol Now wat should i do??? wat do i say to this woman when she picks up and asks who i am??? plz help !! thx a bunch. Also i have no retail experience, so how do i respond if she asks why do i want to work in retail. (In all honesty i just need a job.)

You may still not get contact, so relax.  Get your resume done, be prepared to fill out their forms should they call.  Lots of people start out in retail, so tell them you have an interest in making your career in retail.  They have lots of positions in that category.  Some you might not like, but take what is offered if you need a job.
