im playing volleyball and i want 2 the best in my team..so i hope 2 help me 2 find a website for training voleyball...am not clever in english so i'd like 2 c training by vedios :S.

You should ask your coach to make a team account at this site- http://www.athleonsport.com/

Our team has an account with it, so we can all log on, check up on our practice times, game schedule, check each other's stats, positions, and number, and other annoucements. There's also a very useful tool called the Playbook. You can ask your coach to use the Playbook tool to show positions for all different kinds of things. I think there are examples of how the Playbook works if you log on to the site.
