Help me pretty please????

Hi. I'm a girl and I'm about 13 and a 1/2. I'm about 5'3, 5'3.5 at the most. I weigh about 109 sometimes 111. Most of my weight is muscle, I do alot of sports. Is this a healthy weight?

I want to loose a few pounds and get down to 105. What is a healthy weigh to loose weight?

  1. that is a good weight!

    you really don't need to loose weight. but my advice to you is just to cut down on maybe sugars like soda. and pasta. and start doing like a half an hour worth of exercises like sit-ups. and go on a lot of walks :) in two weeks i can guarantee you will be skinnier :)

  2. You're perfect! Maybe even a little underweight. But if you want to lose pounds, I'm sure it won't hurt you. The normal weight for someone your height is about 115, so you're right in there. And if that's muscle, then you're probably really fit!
