Hi. I'm a girl and I'm about 13 and a 1/2. I'm about 5'3, 5'3.5 at the most. I weigh about 109 sometimes 111. Most of my weight is muscle, I do alot of sports. Is this a healthy weight?I want to loose a few pounds and get down to 105. What is a healthy weigh to loose weight?Thanks!
