Question

you know those jalepeno peppers? when you get the sliced ones in the jar? would mixing the liquid the jar with vinegar make a good pepper spray?? also how do i get the liquid into a spray can.

if your wondering i just want it for self defense against dogs. (lots of attacks in my town)

Why mix it just use it without the vinegar, that will work just fine.
