  1. ur just gonna have to deal with it and accept the fact that u didn't make it. there is always next year to try out again. wat i would do is keep practicing find out wat made u get cut and then work on it.

  2. Don't gets discouraged...keep practicing and stay in shape and try again next year.  Its hard to figure out why people who don't seem to be as good as you made it and you didn't.  Maybe they played the position the team needed and you didn't.  It can't hurt to ask the coach what you need to work on in the off season so that you are more prepared for the next tryout.  Look into other area teams/clubs to try out for or look into volleyball clinics in your area to help improve.   The more you play, the better you will get.

  3. Talk to the coach

be like ok guy what do you see in these girls?

  4. all i can say is to keep practicing and maybe u didnt make it becus of ur conections and maybe the couch doesnt like u, idk,ull prabably make it next time

  5. don't let that from letting you from trying again next year. and your coach must not be very smart. keep practicing and maybe you might get it next year and have your friends help you.

  6. start working now for next year. spend as much time as you can playing volleyball. if you an hit camps up and learn as much as you can from them. just keep working hard and someday it will all pay off.

  7. keep on going... work out... don´t quit because of something... if you really want something.. you have to work and give 110%  ..........and you can be one of the best...

  8. never give up. some of my friends ended up getting cut their 1st year of tryyouts.. but when they became seniors they were starters who never came out the game. plus if a coach sees that you are going to keep at it and not give up they;ll notice that and admire your dedication. Keep practicing, work on your strength and skills and i guarentee you will make the team. you just have to stick with it and stay focused on that goal.

  9. try harder

    practice makes perfect!! :)

oh and next time you'll probally make it!!

    GOOD LUCK!! :D

  10. maybe volleyball is just not your sport theres always tennis, dance ,soccer cheerleading

  11. OMG ME TOO.

except i made it to the final cut.

they put really suky ppl up there, and im way better. UGhhhhh it pissed me off so much.

like literally he put someone on the team who coudlnt even reach the bottom of the net...on her tippy toes!!!!

but theres nothin u can do ur always gonna be pissed and everytime u hear that the violleyball has a game or lst ur always gonna comment. i just kinda like brush it off, but its very hard to get over somethin like that

  12. Talk to the coach and see whether you can join them in practice, which would show your enthusiasm and give you a chance to improve with the team.

You may also try to sign up with a camp or a club team (more expensive), and improve yourself while away from "your team".

Learning from different coaches should definitely help you in the long run. Sometimes you may even go to an open gym and play at the entertainment level to see whether some players could offer some tips on the court. Be careful that you don't want to get hurt when playing with adults.

  13. A lot of times when you are younger what happens is the coach takes people with positive attitudes and also people that they can see who are coachable. If you noticed at all that your attitude was not the best and most cheery the entire time of tryouts than you have your reason.

But also you need to try harder. I would try being a manager of the team or doing something to get yourself ready for next year. The biggest mistake I have ever made was not trying out my senior year because I was cut my jr year of high school.

    Never give up!

  14. How tall are you?  Sometimes coaches will keep taller people on the team because they could become good blockers or hitters.  So you may be a great passer, but if the coach needed more blockers they will keep the tall people.  Because when i played volleyball, all the short people seemed to get cut, and the taller people that couldn't pass so well only played front row, where they really didn't need to pass.

But I would talk to the coach, see why you didn't make it, and see what you can do for next year.
