no go to a pool store and get a real pool

you can not get a pool that size for that amount of money. Your best bet would be to go to target and get one of the inflatable pools (15' round=$200). You will also need  sand to put under the pool so that it doesn't get holes from small rocks or sticks and it helps to make it level. For a pool the size you are asking for you will need to add a couple of 0's.

Buy a pool because it may cost that much. Less even. Like usually- $250-$400.
