Help me set some resonable goals for next year?

next year ill be a sophmore

last year i got

100 11.7

200 23.8

400 52.97

high jump 5 foot 10

what are reasonable goals??? 4 sophmore year and maybe junior and senior year 2

  1. Work on your endurance by sprinting one day and then next long distance and the times will improve in a few months. Hard work, discipline, and practice EVERY day


  2. If you want a REALISTIC goal area here are some of them if you really push yourself and work at it consistently.

    Sophomore:

    100m Dash-11.0 seconds

    200m Dash- about 22.9-23.4 seconds

    400m Dash- 49.5-51 seconds

    High Jump- approx. 6'2"

    Junior:

    100m Dash- 10.6 seconds

    200m Dash- 22.0 seconds

    400m Dash- 48.5-49.0 seconds

    High Jump- 6'4"

    Senior:

    100m Dash- 10.3 seconds

    200m Dash- 21.75 seconds

    400m Dash- 47.9 seconds

    High Jump- 6'8"

    Now remember these are all GOALS kid. I am not saying you will be able to get them and I am not saying you will not be able to get them. I am saying from your previous numbers that these are all possible goals if you will bust your tail off and work hard for them. They are all in the realm of YOUR possibility. GO GET 'EM KID!!
