Hi

i am 22 i live at home with my parents and family, i work full time and earn around 900 a month i have quite a lot of out goings however, around 400 - 500 goes out

i am desperate to move out as i am starting to argue with my family and i have never been like this, cause i am close to them all!

i am currently on the council list but am only in band b so it may take a while! anyway what i am wondering is that am i eligible to claim housing benefit or Council tax benefit

i work 40 hours a week!

No your not unless you get lesser hours or go part time.

I think Benefits are calculated on Income &amp; Expenditure, not number of hours.

I&#039;m not sure but if I were you I would apply - they can only say yes or no and at least you would settle the issue.
