Recently I go through the test called HBsAg (E) to find out I am hepatitis B effected or not. The result come out

Negative

Cut off rate 2.00

Sample rate 0.72

What dose it mean , is there any risk

And my mother cant recognize weather I am already vaccinated or not ?

Is there any test (please give me the name)because I want to take the preventive vaccination for hepatitis B

Again is their and risk for duel time vaccination between 7 years difference
