Help me stop gambling?

can anyone tell me a site i can download something to ban all gambling sites on me pc ,im trying my best by barring me from some sites but there are so many please help me

there are too many options for gambling these days for any blocking software to be completely effective..

Gambler's Anonymous believes the addiction can never completely disappear. You can go through a long period of abstention but you'll just end up snapping and playing deep eventually. The realistic goal is to try to get control over the addiction and find a support network around you.

First sort out your financial situation, pay back what you need to, come up with a plan to repay your cc and what not. Then practice gambling a set amount which you can afford to play with.

just dont go on it. or play gambling with no money involved just those fake money. like partypoker.

gambling is only a symptom of a deeper psychological issue. it could be that you are unable to deal with losing (and thus are constantly chasing when behind.) this is the true reason you have problems controlling your gambling. a psychiatrist can help.
