Help me to find a good camcorder less than $300?

It must be easy to use, good quality and can download to the pc. Should i get one that uses minidv? I have a good camera so I dont need one that takes pics.

You could probably find one with good quality at any BestBuy, Target, or Wal-Mart stores..Not sure about less then 300$ though. Did you check there?

Editing ur videos is suggested so that you can enhance your shoots with music, titles/subtitles, transitions filters to look like a semi[pro movie.

miniDV is best for editing as raw DV-avi format is just slightly compressed, unlike other vcam types.
