i don't seem to be getting answer to my problem so what now thank you

  1. At your Yahoo! Messenger:

    1. Click on Messenger

    2. From the drop down, click on My Display Image

    3. Click the Select button.

    4. Click on the Browse button and choose which of your photos to upload from your My Pictures folder.

    5. Click OK and you're done.

    * Make sure you that you have set your YM to: share my picture mode.
