Help me to know what requirements to get a license in pennsylvinia?

i am a license in cosmetology here in missouri for 3 months. and now i will be moving in pennsylvinia next month.. my questions are. what am going to do? can i just transfer my license from mo. to pa? if not, what will be the requirements so that i can obtain a license in pa? as far as i knew.. pa. requires only 1250 hours for cosmetology ...here in mo.. have 1500 hours.i am disperately needed some answerr... i am going to move soon...and i want to contenue this field which i've been wanting to do in life..your answers can help me. thank you in advance. This states that there is reciprocity with all states except for the one listed. That means they will accept your out of state license.  Good luck

In order to obtain a license in cosmetology or nail technology in the state of Pennsylvania, students must complete the requirements listed below. Please contact the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology for more information.

Requirements

COSMETOLOGIST: 1250 hours

ESTHETICIAN: 300 hours

NAIL TECHNICIAN: 200 hours

INSTRUCTOR: 500 hours

Reciprocity

With all states except: AL, CA, CT, CO, GA, HI, NJ, NM, RI, UT.
