By considering the graphs of the functions

g(x) = x2 and h(x) = −(x +9)2

which transformation (or sequence of transformations) of the following most efficiently describes the transformation from the graph of g(x) to that of h(x)? Please provide your answer as a list [in brackets] of the identifying letters of each transformation, e.g. if you think transformation a followed by transformation b is correct, answer: [a, b]

1. Shift the graph of g, 9 units to the right.

2. Shift the graph of g, 9 units to the left.

3. Reflect the graph of g, about the x-axis.

4. Reflect the graph of g, about the y-axis.

5. Shift the graph of g, 9 units up.

6. Shift the graph of g, 9 units down.
