Asking the staff to provide their leave schedule for the next 3 months (July to Sept 2008) , as required by the management.

Here is one example:

If you think this is too timid and modernistic and you must sound staid and stern then you may draft as follows:

All Staff members are hereby requested to submit their Earned Leave plan for the quarter July - September within 30th June, 2008 to the Personnel Department.

Non- compliance may liable the person denial of leave.
