helpppp me please?

ill do anything, dont suggest dumb things like cutting off a limb.

its just my legs, and they need to be as skinny/toned/not as lumpy by next monday/wednesday. i have the weekend to exercise.

any suggestions?

  1. my friend is doing the same thing as u he has been doing it 4 about 5 weeks and has lost 2-4 stone. eat only protein and go on cycle rids and runs/jogs before running and cycling drink lots of water. once u are happy with your weight then start working on muscles.


  2. Along with squats you need to run, run, run! Or jog, jog, jog! Also, cut back on fast food if you eat it! That's a huge help!

  3. Squats ! Lots and lots of squats !
