I have no idea what language it is. I tried googling the words, but I couldn't find it. It is for an advanced class, and I just can't figure it out. I tried unscrambling words and couldn't figure anything out.

It's obviously not translated word for word and ponownie actually means "men"... but yeah, that's what it means in a nutshell. ;P
