Help me.. treadmill time!????

ok well im on a fruit diet which means ive been eating just fruit for breakfast lunch and diner and ive lost a couple pounds so far by doing it and i like it alot cause fruit is very haelthy and it fills me up and i never feel hungry but im worried beacuse i just ate one cookie today and i want to burn it off casue i still want to lose weight like how long should i go on the treadmill for to burn it off????

  1. One cookie is not going to hurt your efforts, as long as it was just one.


  2. i wouldnt worry to much about ONE cookie. unless, it was a huge cookie, like bigger than a cd.

You can have fun on the treadmill, but, you need a better diet, you cant live on just fruits because you'll  end up with diarea and you need fiber,proteinand carbohydrates, add them a little at a time, so your eating about 1200 calories a day, you will lose weight on that but not overnight., if you lose it slowly it will stay off,. good luck April

  4. living off of fruits isnt good! you need to cover all the food groups everyday. add some meats, grains, veggies, and fats to your days! your losing weight because your not getting enough calories, but if you keep just eating fruit, then your height will start to go and you can have some health problems. so you dont need to burn off the cookie because you need fats in you diet to keep your body working and growing. allow yourself a treat every once and a while!

This kind of diet will get you no where.  Weight loss that stays off is something that comes with a lifestyle.  No crash dieting or major decrease in nutrients is going to help you!  You should be filling your diet with proteins and such.  If you work out, and eat right..protein can have an amazing affect on your body.  It will help you lose the weight and keep it off!  I think you need to really research losing weight and talk to your doctor, because this isn't healthy at all for someone!  Cookies don't hurt you at all...you just have to know how to eat right in the first place.  Good Luck!
