Help me understand Motorcycles specs... ?

Question

what is compression ratio, induction, etc... how do i know the HP or is it in an other measurement, and on sites i cannot find the MPG etc... ?

These specs are not that important for the average rider. Compression ratio is the force that generated in the cylinder at the top dead center of the piston cycle. The higher the compression ratio the more power you tend to make. Induction is the way the air is entering the engine. If there is a supercharger or turbo it is forced induction. The air is being forced into the engine. HP is HP it wont be listed as another measurment. Some manufacturers just wont list this stuff for some reason.
