Ok say I knew her since her first whole marrige and divorce and her kid since she was born.

She wants to be friends still and date new people because she got married so young.

What does this mean to a girl?

you are a friend (with benefits or not?) if she takes it to sexual intimacy that does not mean that she wants to be exclusive to any one at the present.
