Help me understand my dream?

I dreamt that I was pregnant with my fourth child and while sitting on my couch wearing an old pair of jogging pants I felt a pain and lifted up of the couch and I had a miscarriage only it wasnt a baby, it was a black dog tail. What does that mean?

Well honestly dreams most of the time really dosent mean anything. When u have alot going on in ur head ur thoughts get mixed and, u start having the wierdest dreams.
