  1. It depends on your school, but if you got all A's you would have a 4.2 GPA. The honors classes look good on your transcript but they don't raise your GPA. AP (depending on the school) raise your gpa and if you take the AP test, you can get colledge credit.

  2. it depends what your school does

AP classes are usually for people who test out at the end of the year so that they dont have to take the college course in it

hornors are just higher level subject. if your school weights grades, it will make a difference. if they do not like my school, it's just the same . a 4.0 is the best with non weighted

    do yo best

  3. If you want to go to a good gollege always go for the best.  So take the AP classes and take the tests at the end of the year.  Don't worry about the difference.  That's trivial.  They point is, show some guts and challenge yourself more.

  4. Ap(advanced placement is where you can take a college level course in highschool so you don't have to do it in college.

honours is just a more difficult version of the class

  5. if you get all A's, even in the Ap, and honors, you will have a 4.0.

The difference between honors and Ap, is that Ap is advanced placement, which you take a test at the end, and can get a college credit for it. Where as Honors, is just a more challenging version of the class.

  6. Honors= more advanced and it looks good for college

AP= college level course which looks very, very good for college (at the end of the course, you take a test, and if you get a score of 5, you get to skip the class in college)

Some schools bump up your GPA for honors and AP. Mine doesn't, but the majority do. I am not sure exactly how much extra it is worth, but I think a 4.0 with enough AP classes can go up to a 5.0

  7. i think ap classes give you college credit if you pass

an a is worth 6 on your gpa and a b 5  its harder than honors and you have to get at least a c to get college credit

honors are harder than regular  an a is worth 5  and a b 4  i think

  8. umm well ap is advance placement and honors is just classes to challenge you well i think the highest gpa u can get is still 4.0 but im not sure each class with ap and honors helps you w/ur college application
