Help me with Jukebox upgrade to Jukebox Plus?

Question

Due to my neglect, I purchased Yahoo! Music Jukebox Plus without installing Yahoo! Music Jukebox first. I have downloaded and installed Jukebox (basic). How can I upgrade to Jukebox Plus (which I already purchased)? I have the receipt and the Order Number. Do I need to purchase/download Jukebox Plus again? If so, how to I get a refund for the first purchese? Thank you in advance!

Note: I purchased Yahoo! Music Unlimited Subscription today 91/24). I have the same situation mentioned above with it.

I forgot that I had an ID under another use name since 2 yars ago. Sorry for the mess.

Yahoo! wasn't very clear about Jukebox Plus.  It appears you need to download/install Yahoo! Music Jukebox before you buy Plus. There is nothing wrong having several Yahoo! ids.  However, I hope you used the same Yahoo! id for Unlimited and Plus.  You should also download Windows Media Player 11:

This is a requirement for Unlimited.

You should be able to use Yahoo! Unlimited even though you are having a problem getting Plus.
