Help me with SAT and ACT conversion?

if i got a 1480 total (math, critical reading, and writing) what is my ACT score?

You can not convert one to the other.  Those scores are based on mutually exclusive test administered by two different organizations.  That said your college plans will determine if you need to take one or the other test.  Check with where you plan on going to find out which test scores are needed.
