  1. cook it on the grill. put on the hot grill and turn until it is slightly brown or to your taste. then season put in a little water and wrap in foil. leave on the grill to let it cook. it will steam it to perfection. it will be Delicious. this is the only way i cook i don't have access to an oven.  grilling is one of  my hobbies.


  2. These are two recipes I found and we love.....

    BRAISED BARBEQUE PORK

    INGREDIENTS..............

    1/4 cup Signature Italian dressing, reduced-fat

    1/4 cup Signature barbecue sauce

    1 tsp Signature chili powder

    4 boneless center cut pork chops, 3/8-inch thick  

    DIRECTIONS............

    Stir together the Italian dressing, barbecue sauce, and chili powder. Place chops in shallow baking pan or plastic container. Pour sauce mixture over the chops, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.  

    Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain liquid from pork and save. Place pork in skillet and brown for a few minutes on both sides. Pour the liquid (that was saved) over the top of the chops. Cover pan. Simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes.  



    BRAISED PORK

    INGREDIENTS............

    1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram

    1/8 teaspoon onion powder

    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    4 bone-in pork loin chops, 3/4-thick each

    1 teaspoon olive or canola oil

    1/2 cup water

    2 teaspoons cornstarch

    1/4 cup chicken broth

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine seasonings; sprinkle over pork chops. In a nonstick skillet, cook chops in oil until browned on both sides. Add water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Remove meat and keep warm. Combine cornstarch and broth until smooth; stir into cooking juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over pork chops.
