Help me with my A.D.D plzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!! ?? how do i revise!!?

because e.g. for college if i have stuff to revise i simply can't do it and i have yet to conjure any sufficient revision techniques =[, any ideas ................ ? xxxx

you can relate answers to objects to remember things like make a image in your mind of your room, and some how link an answer to an object in the room, if it makes sense.....  or relate the answer to a movement you do!

what I've done in the past is repeat the things i needed to know over and over again, even writing it down too so you just know they go together - if you can remember song lyrics you can do it.  i.e. i had to learn the first 20 elements in the scientific table so I just repeated them and repeated them till i did.
