So I play golf and i've played for about 7 years. I'm 13 now and I'm very good for my age and I'm in the Junior Elite program at a country club. You have to try out for it. So anyways I tried out for my school team and I shot the best out of my group. I shot a 82. We also went to the D-range and my swing was the nicest. But I was cut for some reason. What can I do? My attitude was good and everything.

  1. I suggest you a film named "peaceful warrior" if your attitude and skill are all ok.

The actor is a great athlete too.

Sometimes there is something important but maybe you don't notice.

    Hope it can help you.

    Good luck!

  2. talk to the coach and see what you are doing wrong so that you can inprove for next year. They only way is to ask. Thats what i would do. it could be that they think you lied on your scores or something. Who knows but ask the coach

  3. I dont see this being a huge deal for u.... your only 13 years old. U still have like 4 or something years to play on the golf team. They probubly wanted someone older or graduating since it would mean more to them. Also from the sounds of it u dont have much respect for the other golfers. Well I guess better luck next year.

  4. Ask the manager why you were cut. Don't get upset about it, keep doing the same thing you've always done and go for it again next year.

    Have a good one...

  5. Maybe everyone else out there was sick of hearing about how you had the "nicest" swing or about how you were the "best" of the group.  Next time let your game and not your mouth do the talking.
